  • How do I know if boxing is for me?
    You’re the only one who can answer that question. It’s a full-body workout that can work for everyone. Most people say they can never go back to their prior workouts after trying out boxing. We want you to do what’s right for you.
  • How many calories will I burn during a Power boxing class?
    It depends on the person and how hard you push yourself, but usually 600-1200 calories. GET READY!
  • How will boxing change my body?
    Boxing is a great fat burner and muscle builder (all at once!). We have seen massive body transformations that are a result of the cardio-blast, muscle strengthening, and stress relief that boxing provides to participants.
  • I don’t have any boxing experience. Will I be okay to take classes at your facility?
    Absolutely! All of our Power Boxing classes are non-contact and take place on our punching bags. Before your first class, you will receive a brief demonstration from our staff on proper technique and form, which will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to make your way through the class. As always, work at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
  • I’ve never boxed before. I’m nervous.
    We get it. Boxing can be intimidating, but it can also be a lot of fun. We’ll be here every step of the way and make sure you’re taught basic combinations from the word “go”. Work at your own pace, ask questions, and take breaks when needed, and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with boxing in the blink of an eye.
  • Will I actually learn real boxing techniques?
    Of course! You will learn it all. We are here to help you find your inner fighter, one step at a time.
  • Can I just do boxing personal training?
    If boxing is on your mind, we’ve got you covered. We have trainers specializing in boxing and can help you focus on cardio and technique.
